The welcome bonus is offered for a limited period from 01.03.2026 to 31.05.2026, for selected positions and associated qualifications (completed/ recognized vocational training) as well as relevant professional experience. Applicants who are not already employed by Leadec or a subsidiary, or who are not already employed on a temporary basis at the time of application, are eligible. The date of submission of the application within the specified period applies. The bonus is subject to income tax and social security contributions. The new employee will receive the welcome bonus after 6 months of service if they are still employed and their contract has not been terminated. 100% of the welcome bonus will then be paid out with the payroll following the first 6 months of continuous service. This benefit is granted voluntarily and without recognition of any corresponding legal obligation for the future. The company reserves the right to decide whether and to what extent a “welcome bonus” will be granted beyond the specified period.
The amount of the welcome bonus is €1,500.
